When orders travel on paper, the floor, the kitchen and the billing counter end up working from different lists, and errors surface at the moment of payment.

Restaurant POS takes the order, sends a kitchen order ticket to the kitchen and prints a GST bill that can be split and settled, all from one billing screen.

How we built SQ-Wash around the four moments that matter in a laundry, and the three people involved: the owner, the counter and the customer.

The challenge

Garments change hands between the counter, the processing unit and the customer. On paper, pieces go missing, customers call to ask about their order and the owner sees the day's takings only after closing.

Our approach

We designed around four stages, intake and tag, wash and track, alert and bill, pickup and close, and around three modules that share one set of data.

The solution

Office for the back office, Office Mobile for counter work on a phone, and a customer app for status, invoices and UPI payments, with barcode tags, print queues and automatic alerts.

The result

SQ-Wash is live at sqwash.in. Office and Office Mobile share one database, one set of staff logins and one permission table, and the plan is usage-based with no heavy upfront commitment.
